Streamify is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our IPTV subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You have not exceeded the fair usage limits of your subscription
  • The service was materially defective and we were unable to resolve the issue
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window
  • Change of mind after the refund period has expired
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Technical issues caused by your equipment, internet connection, or third-party apps
  • Content unavailability due to regional restrictions or licensing changes
  • Partial subscription periods or pro-rated refunds for unused time

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at legal@example.com with your account details
  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal action for abuse of the dispute process.

7. Promotional Offers

Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price. Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
