By accessing or using Streamify services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including subscribers and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

By subscribing to our services:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent content protection or access controls
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our services
• Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

All content available through our services, including but not limited to live TV channels, movies, series, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. We will provide 30 days notice before termination unless the violation is severe. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Content availability may vary by region and time. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of France. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
